The Cresent Lake Trail is an excellent family hike. It is a short, looped trail offering forest and lakeside scenery; meandering between Kenney, MacGregor, and Crescent Lakes. You never know when you might catch a glimpse of a moose taking a swim on a hot summer’s day, or hear the chicadees singing.

The Crescent Lake Trail is part of a popular campground site that offers basic camping facilities on 36 sites. There is a boat launch for canoes and kayaks with portages between the 3 lakes. There is some good fishing, as well, and an ideal place for a family fishing vacation in the summer or an ice-fishing day trip in the winter. Don’t forget to check with the current Ontario Sportfishing Regulations for up to date information.

Note: Times will vary depending on the weather, trail conditions, and physical conditioning. This is only a general scenic guide; refer to your park map available at the Agawa Bay Visitors Centre or Park Office at Red Rock. Check with the park staff for up to date trail conditions.
